Get fit,stay healthy.

since semua orang sekarang ni pun macam bersemangat nak lose weight,saya & rum8 pun turut termotivasi untuk mendapat "dream body weight"..
and the project biggest loser will be start on err during semester break..sbb time exam ni,asyik lapar aja sih..so tak leh nak diet-diet sangat..
yeah yeah mari dapatkan bentuk badan ideal,supaya jantung menjadi lebih sehat dan dapat mengurangkan risiko untuk mendapat banyak penyakit berbahaya..sekarang ni muda lagi takpala,when u getting older then u knw what r d consequences.

takmau sakit kan?huhu

mmm as for me,i had lost about 10kg before this and still i wanna lost a bit..but now, it doesn't matter for me..bcause i just want to focus on body shapening and getting fit..hehe.

can't wait for semester break to come!woot woot

wait for d new nurul syuhaida & fathien najjihah.ngeh ngeh!

harap-harap saya istiqamah n penuh berdisiplin untuk work out!

aaa and yes,aku takmau kurus macam tengkorak berjalan ataupun bini popeye.haha just nak look nice dengan ketinggian ja..heeeee

p/s-tapi bila dah kurus,jangan lah pakai baju ketat ketat yer..jaga aurat tu..hehe
